A few words on the coming talks
A four part series exploring the different types of insight and wisdom that meditation practice is meant to invoke.
The main purpose of meditation goes well beyond simply focusing or calming the mind which is a great benefit on its own. Through proper practice we are meant to go on a journey inward discovering the many facets of being a conscious living being, learning the most profound truths about what is driving us to act, speak, and be, and eventually - who we are at our core.
This insight we gain from meditating has a tremendous potential to transform the way we perceive our self and everything existing within our orbit.
Every session will include a combination of practice and discussion. You are very welcome to engage with questions and comments.

A few words on the coming movie night
Let's get together and enjoy some casual yoga fun!
A great opportunity to be part of a yoga community, taking part in these monthly evenings of film watching and stimulating discussion, or some light chat about yoga, life, and everything else.
The evening will start with a screening of a film that is relevant to yoga in some way, so get comfortable, make some hot tea and bring some snacks if you'd like.
After the screening there will be an option of staying longer and discussing topics that came up, or sharing anything you'd like to share.
