A few words about the coming workshop
Learn how to become an independent yoga practitioner and adapt your practice to your available time, energy and needs.
Being self-sufficient when it comes to yoga practice is super valuable, we are then able to adapt it effectively to us as individuals in a way that is compatible with who and where we are at any moment in time.
Practicing solo, in silence, at home or any other location, is a fertile ground for some of the most profound moments of yoga experience.
To be able to do that we need to learn some practical tools and also develop ways to overcome difficulties, know how to accurately read our body and apply what we learn in a way that maximizes the time and effort we make.
This workshop will lay the foundation for all the above and provide us with a manual we can use at home. It is suitable for those taking their first steps practicing on their own as well as those who wish to deepen their existing self-practice.

A few words about the coming workshop
What is Yoga all about? Where is it coming from and what are the main goals of the practice? How should one practice to maximize the benefits?
In this workshop we will overview the main themes and concepts of classic yoga philosophy. We will try to go back to the origin of yoga to understand better what was the original intentions of its founders. We will discuss all yoga theory from a practical point of view, as it was meant to be studied, as applied philosophy.
This workshop is meant to give curious yoga practitioners the right context and understanding of yoga so that their practice can be refined and become more effective in leading them towards the goals of yoga.
