A few words on the coming workshop
Pain is an inevitable part of life, yoga can offer different ways to be with it in a way that reduces the anxiety and stress involved with it, and potentially let it go.
There are no magic solutions to pain, and every pain is different in what is causing it and how we experience it in our body. Facing any kind of pain can be challenging on many levels, we often tend to develop a relationship with it that brings extra layers of unnecessary suffering. Centuries of yoga wisdom can offer us different tools and insights as to how to transform the way we react and relate to pain. Depending on the situation, it can also help with the healing process.
In this special workshop we will talk about the different aspects of pain and how it can affect us, and we will learn and practice some techniques that may be very useful in our every day life dealing with it. Expect some simple movements practice, some breathing exercises, meditation, and discussion that is meant to bring about a shift in perception.
ALL ARE WELCOME!

A few words on the coming workshop
We all have some uncertainties about some postures or movements, about breathing or other aspects of yoga practice. This a rare opportunity to workshop your yoga practice.
We will go through a practice, moving through classic yoga postures and movements, stopping at times to break down certain parts or to answer any questions, doubts, or concerns as we go along.
These sessions have been an invaluable part of yoga weekend retreats, they provide the perfect settings for refining our practice and making yoga more effective and deep.
It is recommended to take some time before attending and think of a few matters that you want us to address. Everyone will get a chance to bring up what's on their mind, and the others can all benefit.
The workshop is limited to 12 people.
ALL ARE WELCOME!
