A few words on the coming workshop
We all have some uncertainties about some postures or movements, about breathing or other aspects of yoga practice. This a rare opportunity to workshop your yoga practice.
We will go through a practice, moving through classic yoga postures and movements, stopping at times to break down certain parts or to answer any questions, doubts, or concerns as we go along.
These sessions have been an invaluable part of yoga weekend retreats, they provide the perfect settings for refining our practice and making yoga more effective and deep.
It is recommended to take some time before attending and think of a few matters that you want us to address. Everyone will get a chance to bring up what's on their mind, and the others can all benefit.
The workshop is limited to 12 people.
ALL ARE WELCOME!

A few words on the coming workshop
Facing some challenges in the physical practice of yoga can be useful in many ways, particularly if we stay mindful, playful, and curious to what comes up.
In this workshop we will learn techniques that will help us explore some interesting arm balancing yoga postures. We will also develop some useful foundations and modifications for inversions such as headstand, shoulder stand, forearm stand and maybe even handstand. Options for taking it further will be given but there will be no pressure to do so.
BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!
