Grunewald Forest on the outskirts of Berlin.
We will meet outside the Grunewald S-bahn station at 9.30 am.
At 14.30 pm we will end our day at the Teufelssee (30 minutes walk away from the S-bahn station).

Meditation (walking & seated)
Pranayama (breathing exercises)
Discussion about yoga philosophy and life
Up to 12 yoga practitioners (beginners are welcome!)

any prop you need for yoga or meditation

SPECIAL CLASS: SUBTLE FORMS OF YOGA

In this class we will focus on the more subtle forms of the yoga practice, we will explore awakening our pelvic floor and naval regions and integrate these complex patterns into our regular yoga practice. These patterns are called in the yoga terminology - "Mula Bandha" and "Uddiyana Bandha".
When it comes to the subtle forms of yoga practice, one must create the conditions that allow these patterns to arise, and then let the outcome be as it is, thus a certain amount of surrender is required.
It is more suited for those with some yoga experience, but complete beginners can join as well and receive some benefits.

YOGA SELF-PRACTICE WORKSHOP

This is a special class providing tools for taking the yoga practice home and starting to incorporate it in daily life, whether it's a short 10 minutes practice or a longer 30-60 minute one, whatever fits into the schedule and particular needs.
It can also be very useful for those who already have a self-practice and wish to optimize it, refine it, or clarify some confusions.
This workshop is a must for anyone who feels yoga is making a difference in their life and wants to take another step on the journey!
Having the skill and confidence to do our own yoga practice and be self-sustainable is liberating and really takes our practice to the next level.
What will we do in this workshop?

👉🏻 We will test it in practice with a 20 minute self-practice session
